Part of the team since 2006, Peta’s role as operations manager is to build and grow the business from within and make the frontline run smoothly and efficiently. As well as training and mentoring agents, Peta’s dynamic role sees her overseeing the accounts department and sub-contractors as well as looking after I.T. and administrative issues. Peta’s business acumen and technology skills play a vital role in developing the business while her aptitude at implementing intelligent operations systems and streamlined procedures mean that the office runs like a well-oiled machine.

Not only is Peta a licensed real estate agent but she also holds a Diploma in Management and a Certificate in Business Management so she’s brilliant at looking after people. Her meticulous approach consistently delivers a clean bill of health for all trust accounts and her background in sales and property management means Peta has filled nearly every role in the business. It’s this broad range of expertise and understanding that makes Peta the perfect person to ensure best practices, create strategies and employ new staff.
